At Parameshwara Agencies, customer satisfaction is our priority. All product prices, specifications, and availability are confirmed with customers via phone or WhatsApp before order confirmation.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Incorrect selection by customer after confirmation
- Used or installed products
- Custom or special-order items
- Damage caused after delivery
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be made via original payment method or bank transfer.
- Processing time: 5–7 working days.
Replacement
- Defective products may be replaced subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before purchase. Once confirmed, the order is treated as final.
